Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Healthcare Scope & Medical Disclaimers

Aarvix Near Care provides home-based clinical nursing procedures, hourly physiotherapy, and attendant assistance. In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency (e.g., cardiac arrest, acute severe trauma, loss of consciousness), patients and family members must immediately dial 112 / 108 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

2. Dual-OTP Verification Protocol

To prevent billing disputes and guarantee genuine clinical oversight, all appointments are governed by our Dual-OTP safety protocol:

• Start-OTP: Provided to the attending clinician upon physical arrival at your premises.
• End-OTP: Provided only once the procedure is successfully concluded and clinical waste is disposed of.

3. Sterile Single-Use Consumables

Every invasive nursing procedure and clinical intervention includes sterile, single-use consumables. Clinicians are strictly prohibited from reusing catheters, IV cannulas, dressing sets, or syringes across different visits.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with zero penalty up until a clinician has arrived at your neighborhood. In the rare event a clinician cannot fulfill a scheduled visit, a replacement clinician is dispatched immediately or a full refund is processed.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
